Abstract
Multiple cranial nerve palsies frequently occur in patients with cephalic zoster. Nevertheless, to our knowledge, involvement of the glossopharyngeal (IXth), vagus (Xth) and accessory (XIth) nerves has not yet been reported. We report a case of jugular foramen syndrome with palatolaryngeal herpetic eruption, aseptic meningitis and a high level of serum antibody to varicella-zoster virus.Entities:
