Abstract
Over the past two decades, the simple model for control of breast cancer growth involving one or two factors acting directly or indirectly via endocrine pathways has turned into a complex model implicating numerous interacting factors and the diverse cell populations constituting breast tumors. Current approaches to breast cancer therapy now require integration of these multiple parameters and enhanced understanding of the different levels of their intricate interactions.Entities:
