Abstract
We report the case of a 29-year-old woman who was diagnosed to have premature ovarian failure (POF) and myasthenia gravis at the age of 27 years. She was treated by thymectomy and pyridostigmine. Hormone replacement was started after the operation and she subsequently conceived spontaneously. We believe this is the first report of a spontaneous pregnancy after the diagnosis of POF associated with myasthenia gravis.Entities:
