Abstract
Peculiarities of local instrumental conditioning were studied in male and female rats brought up under the conditions of intraspecific isolation and in group. Early intraspecific isolation was found to cause a failure of the local instrumental conditioning in male rats but not in females. Right-handed and ambidextrous males brought up in isolation were shown to adapt to a new situation and to form a motor habit slower than the animals brought up in group. This occurred due to an increase of emotional reactivity of isolants. The early intraspecific isolation did not influence the velocity of the motor habit formation in males with motor dominance of the right hemisphere. In male and female rats was revealed the different sensitivity of the brain to a deficit of biologically significant influences in early ontogeny.Entities:
