Abstract
We have described a 46-year-old woman with metastatic choriocarcinoma, anemia, and a liver mass. She subsequently had widespread metastatic disease and died despite chemotherapy. Without an antecedent history of pregnancy, her clinical presentation posed a diagnostic dilemma. This case emphasizes the importance of including choriocarcinoma in the differential diagnosis of liver masses in women of childbearing age and of correlating CT, MRI, and angiographic findings.Entities:
