Abstract
We describe a case of Wegener's disease with massive painful bilateral submandibular gland enlargement as the presenting symptom. The diagnosis was based on histologically documented nasal mucosa involvement, focal necrotizing glomerulonephritis, episcleritis and anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody.Entities:
