Abstract
A 56-year-old man had decreased vision secondary to bilateral idiopathic juxtafoveolar retinal telangiectasis. One month after grid laser photocoagulation for macular edema in the right eye, a subretinal hemorrhage developed. Over the next 2 months, the hemorrhage spontaneously resorbed and vision improved to 20/50. At 2-year follow up, without further treatment, vision was still 20/50.Entities:
