Abstract
A brain stem infarction in the area of the nerve fascicle of the oculomotor nerve could be demonstrated by NMR to be the cause of a complete oculomotor nerve palsy in a patient with neurosyphilis. A second case presented the very rare finding of an isolated bilateral incomplete oculomotor nerve paresis with external paresis on the right and internal paresis on the left side.Entities:
