Abstract
Teratomas are the most common congenital tumors, but teratomas of the nasopharynx are rare and seen almost exclusively in infants, usually in neonates. An unusual case of a neonate with respiratory distress is presented and a nasopharyngeal mass protruding into the oral cavity. After successful removal of the mass, pathological examination revealed a mature teratoma. The management and differential diagnosis are discussed, accompanied by a review of the literature.Entities:
