Urethral valves: unusual presentation in 14-year-old boy.

A 14-year-old boy had multiple prostatic calculi and marked ballooning of the prostatic urethra during micturition secondary to a type III urethral valve. There were minimal changes in the bladder and upper tract. Resection of the valve corrected the patient's symptoms and signs.
