Rapid sequencing of viral DNA from filamentous bacteriophage.

S J Haas1, G P Smith.

Abstract

Several techniques have been combined to facilitate rapid sequencing of filamentous phage DNA. Up to 768 clones can be processed with excellent results in one week by a single worker.
