Abstract
Adult rhabdomyoma is an exceedingly uncommon tumor in the head and neck. We present a case localized to the left parapharyngeal area in a 57-year-old woman. The various diagnostic measures used are discussed. Surgical removal is the treatment of choice.Entities:
