Abstract
Antibodies to sexual stage malaria parasites block transmission of Plasmodium by female mosquitoes. With the recent isolation of genes encoding several of the target antigens of transmission-blocking antibodies, the development of a subunit transmission-blocking vaccine against malaria is now a realistic goal.Entities:
