Abstract
The preliminary experience of the authors with Botulinum toxin injections as a therapeutic tool for the ocular problems following facial nerve palsy is reported. Patients attained with facial nerve palsy who might benefit from Botulinum toxin were divided into three groups according to their eye problem: incomplete eyelid closure, postparalytic secondary facial spasm with synkinesis and contracture of the internal rectus muscle in the case of association with an abducens nerve palsy.Entities:
