Abstract
This paper describes a 45 year-old man who had a teratoma in the conus medullaris. The symptoms started about 20 years earlier, and for several years consisted of peripheral motor and sensory signs. Therefore the disease was interpreted as a motor and sensory neuropathy. The tumour was diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging. Histological examination revealed respiratory epithelium with connective tissue and fat.Entities:
