An unusual presentation of Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome.

Abstract

A case of Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome masquerading as a perforated peptic ulcer is presented. The pathophysiology, clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, and management of this syndrome are discussed.
