Abstract
Spontaneous dissection of the abdominal aorta originating from the suprarenal aorta is very rare. Previous reports attest to the lethal nature of this disorder. This case represents the first report of successful repair of a spontaneous suprarenal abdominal aortic dissection by graft insertion with obliteration of both the entrance tear and the false lumen with reimplantation of the visceral vessels.Mesh:
