Abstract
A patient with dyspepsia and multiple gastric polyps associated with generalized neurofibromatosis is described, and the English literature on generalized neurofibromatosis with gastric involvement is reviewed. Nine patients with gastric neurofibromas have been reported and 2 with one and two gastric polyps respectively, but none with multiple gastric polyps. The commonest presentation has been dyspepsia suggestive of a peptic ulcer.Entities:
