Traumatic manubriosternal joint disruption: case report.

Abstract

A manubriosternal separation was found in a 27-year-old man after a blunt chest trauma. The manubrium and body of the sternum were separated by a gap of 3 cm. Surgical reduction and fixation were performed with good results.
