Abstract
We report a case of delayed uretero-ureterocolic fistula after radical cystectomy with bladder substitution. This unusual late complication occurred 10 months postoperatively. The patient developed metabolic hyperchloremic acidosis. Progressively urinary volume diminished and finally the patient stopped to void physiologically. The complex urinary fistula had to be corrected surgically.Entities:
