[Urethrovaginal fistula in Behçet disease].

Besides other organ manifestations, the urinary tract can also be affected in the case of Behçet's syndrome. To our knowledge, the formation of fistulae in the urinary tract has not previously been described in this condition. Our report describes a patient suffering from urethro-vaginal fistula and Behçet's syndrome. Operative correction was carried out with vaginal access according to Martius' procedure.
