Abstract
Two patients with anorexia nervosa and gelatinous bone marrow justify a review of the cases in the literature. This gelatinous substance is related to an increase in mucopolysaccharides present in the marrow which replace the medullary fat mobilised by the maintenance of energy reserves; this increase would be unfavorable for hematopoiesis.Entities:
