Abstract
Providing adequate ventilation and unencumbered access for manipulation of the airway or esophagus during rigid endoscopic procedures can be problematic. We describe a method of nasotracheal high-frequency jet ventilation that is ideally suited for many patients requiring rigid upper endoscopy.Entities:
