[Magnesium in the cerebral califications of the Sturge-Weber syndrome: a study using a castaing electron probe].

Abstract

The so-called (calcifications) present in the brain in Sturge-Weber disease were examined with the electron probed of Castaing, in three cases of the disease and found to contain calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. This is the first report concerning the presence of magnesium in deposits in the brain.
