Abstract
A case of true thymic hyperplasia in a 33-year-old man is reported. Radiographic findings of the chest (including computer tomography and magnetic resonance imaging) showed a mass in the anterior mediastinum. Thoracotomy revealed an enlarged thymus. Histological examination identified true thymic hyperplasia. True thymic hyperplasia is a lesion rarely observed in adults. This case was reported because of the age of the patient.Entities:
