Ankle ligamentoplasty.

Abstract

The results of a method of ligamentoplasty and ligamentorraphy of the ankle are described. The operation was carried out on 32 ankles from January 1990 to August 1991. It is presented as a valid alternative for the treatment of acute injuries of the lateral ligament of the ankle in young people and sportsmen.
