Abstract
A case of fulminant Cushing's syndrome due to an ectopic ACTH secretion in a patient with bilateral ovarian sex-cord stromal tumour is reported. Surgical resection of the ovaries as well as the inhibitors of steroid synthesis and cytostatics caused only transient improvement because the widespread neoplastic dissemination progressed very quickly.Entities:
