Abstract
Epididymal metastasis from prostatic carcinoma is rare. A case mimicking cystadenocarcinoma of the epididymis is presented and the literature is reviewed. Investigation for prostate-specific antigen should always be done in carcinoma of the epididymis, and when subcapsular orchidectomy is performed the epididymis should be carefully examined.Entities:
