Abstract
This article describes the method the authors will use to develop a valid and reliable instrument to measure quality of life as an outcome measure of a cardiac rehabilitation program. A discussion of the difficulties in conceptualizing and measuring quality of life and a summary of the contribution of prior studies to the development of the instrument are presented. Implications for cardiovascular nursing practice are also discussed.Entities:
