Abstract
A patient developed focal fibrotic myopathy after many years of intramuscular heroin use. While such changes have been associated with chronic intramuscular injections of pentazocine and meperidine, a similar myopathy resulting from chronic intramuscular heroin has not been convincingly described.Entities:
