Abstract
We report a case of bilateral optic neuropathy associated with the CREST syndrome, a variant of scleroderma. Immunosuppressive therapy achieved significant improvement of the visual symptoms for two years. The pathophysiological mechanisms underlying this unique association remain unclear.Entities:
