Abstract
A healthy 5-year-old child had recurrent symptomatic urinary tract infections, the last of which was accompanied by black specks in her urine. These specks were identified as Curvularia species, a dermatiaceous mold. Symptoms resolved and fungi disappeared with long-term hydration, without specific antifungal treatment.Entities:
