Abstract
A case of primary leiomyosarcoma of the gallbladder is reported together with a review of the literature. The nonspecific clinical picture of the disease and the consequent high frequency of misdiagnosis are stressed. Cholecystectomy combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy is the treatment of choice suggested.Entities:
