Abstract
An 83-year-old woman underwent resection of a pulmonary tumor. Histologic examination of the tumor demonstrated thyroid follicles without evidence of malignancy or teratomatous elements. Developmental anomaly may account for the ectopic intrapulmonary thyroid, which, to our knowledge, has not been reported in the literature.Entities:
