Abstract
A 62-year-old woman presented with transient ST segment elevation and left ventricular asynergy in an acute phase of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). A coronary arteriogram during ongoing ST elevation showed no fixed stenoses or spasm. These findings refute epicardial coronary vasospasm as a cause of transient ST elevation and left ventricular asynergy in patients with SAH.Entities:
