Abstract
Extension of neuroepithelial tumors outside the neuroaxis is uncommon and usually follows surgical intervention. We report a patient with medulloblastoma of the right cerebellar hemisphere with extracranial extension presenting as a large neck tumor and discuss the clinical and pathological features of this case.Entities:
