Abstract
Cancer is a major cause of mortality in developing countries, accounting for 13 percent of the annual deaths in adults. As the population increases and ages, the number of new cases of cancer is expected to increase dramatically. This article presents epidemiologic information on the principal cancers in developing countries and outlines the increasing challenge for the control of cancer in developing countries.Entities:
