[Multiple perforations of the small intestine during the course of myeloid leukemia].

A case is presented of multiple perforations of the small intestine in the course of myeloid leukaemia. The rarity is stressed of that type of complication as well as the difficulties in the determination of the cause of perforation resulting from atypical clinical course of the main disease.
