Abstract
A child is reported with green hypoplastic teeth in both dentitions, resulting from hyperbilirubinemia biliary atresia. Following liver transplantation, labial hirsutism, gingival hyperplasia and herpes labial, were seen as a consequence of cyclosporin therapy and iatrogenic immunosuppression. The oral manifestations and management in biliary atresia and after liver transplantation are reviewed.Entities:
