Congenital absence of the scrotum: case report and description of an original technique of construction of a scrotum.

J E Wright1.

Abstract

Congenital absence of scrotal skin is extremely rare and no reports can be found in the literature. Few experienced pediatric surgeons have seen a case and no method of creation of a scrotum has been described. A patient with this condition is described, together with a method of construction of a scrotum from preputial skin.
