Abstract
We present the clinical case of a patient with testicular leiomyosarcoma, the symptoms of which were a palpable mass and a frank inguinoscrotal discomfort. The reason for this paper is the extreme rarity of the condition and the differential diagnosis by all expansive inguinoscrotal tumors. Considerations are made on further examinations that may be carried out, and treatment options are discussed. Complete remission is present 2 years after onset of the disease.Entities:
