Abstract
The characteristics of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis have been presented and the important features of its medical and orthopedic management described. Surgical experience in a carefully studied group of 200 patients has been recounted. The increasing importance of reconstructive joint surgery is noted, preferably performed after growth has stopped.Entities:
