Abstract
Extralobar pulmonary sequestration is part of the spectrum of bronchopulmonary foregut malformations. Usually found in the thorax, it may be located in the retroperitoneum. We report one case of subdiaphragmatic pulmonary sequestration detected by prenatal ultrasound, and diagnosed at surgery after birth. This case illustrates the diagnostic and therapeutic problems occurring during pregnancy and the neonatal period.Entities:
