Abstract
A case of a 22-year patient with Wilms tumor is presented due to its rarity in adults. Moreover, the tumor coexisted with pregnancy making both diagnosis and therapy difficult. An intensive combined therapy (surgical, radio- and chemotherapy) has led to the complete and long-lasting remission.Entities:
