Abstract
Orthotopic liver transplantation in patients with fulminant hepatic failure secondary to Lepiota helveola poisoning has not, to our knowledge, been reported. Our recent experience with liver transplantation in a 27-year-old woman with acute hepatic failure secondary to this poisoning is described. The indications for orthotopic liver transplantation are discussed.Entities:
