Acute carpal tunnel syndrome in Hansen's disease.

Abstract

Two cases of acute carpal tunnel syndrome due to median nerve abscess as a consequence of Hansen's disease are reported. Nerve abscess as a cause of acute carpal tunnel syndrome is rare.
