[Demonstration of brucella antigens in situ in mouse cells and spleen by electron microscopy].

The immunoglobulins of rabbit anti-brucella immunsera were conjugated to horse radish peroxydase and used to revell the bacterial antigens during the experimental infection of mice with Brucella suis. The technique seems to make possible the identification of bacteria that have undergone morphological modifications after phagocytosis.
