Abstract
We describe here a unique case of lymphocytic hypophysitis accompanied by pustulosis palmaris et plantaris and eosinophilia. The patient also suffered from panhypopituitarism with hyperprolactinemia and pituitary diabetes insipidus caused by lymphocytic hypophysitis. Complications of pustulosis palmaris et plantaris and eosinophilia with lymphocytic hypophysitis have not been reported previously. In the present case, the activities of the three diseases correlated well throughout the patient's course, suggesting that a common mechanism might possibly participate in their pathogenesis.Entities:
