Ossified-calcified ligamentum flavum causing dorsal cord compression with computed tomography-magnetic resonance imaging features.

Dorsal cord compression secondary to ossification or calcification of the ligamentum flavum is a rare entity. The computed tomography--magnetic resonance imaging features and clinical presentation of a patient recently treated successfully by us is reported.
