[New treatment method for salivary lithiasis].

The author developed a new original method of exploration and treatment of salivary glands: ultrafine fibroscopy. After having briefly described the material, as well as the method and indications, he shows how lithiases can now be extracted through natural pathways thanks to the manufacture of a miniaturized basket probe, avoiding major surgery.
